Seven stores busted all across the county, investigators say they were caught giving cash payouts for video poker and explains where things stand now.

The busts came as the result of a six month undercover investigation by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department.  Sheriff Jimmy McDuffie says: “We actually went into the store – played machines, if there was any winnings we cashed out to see if they would cash out the way by law they’re supposed to.â€

They checked every store in the county that has the video gaming machines.  The seven busted on Thursday were the ones they say broke the law.

The money seized includes store proceeds as well because once the gaming money enters the register it’s considered co-mingled funds and all is eligible for seizure.  Authorities could seize the stores themselves if the owners are convicted and break the law again.  The sheriff says more arrests are expected.

Roulette Strategy

Posted by admin in Roulette on March 13th, 2009 |  No Comments »

For this strategy first write down a sequence of numbers for ecemple 2, 3, 4, 4, 5. Add the  last numbers to arrive at your betting amount, then we would have 2 and 5 which sums to 7. If your number comes in and you win your bet, strike off the numbers you have just used off and bet the sum of the new first and last numbers. In our example, we ould now bet 3+4 = 7. Continue until you whittle your way down to one number this is your last bet.roulette

As with all progression systems, things can get a little scary if you hit a bad losing streak. One good thing about this strategy, is that you can hard wire your sequence to keep your pulse rate lower.

When you are deciding on this strategy sequence always bear in mind that the total sum of the line is the amount of profit you will generate if you manage to complete the crossing off of all the numbers in the line.
