Is there something wrong with this or even perhaps these gadgets are just built just to earn money for the makers?

Yes many of them do work but they will not guarantee you an inevitable as your play the game. Mathematically they reduce chances of losing on your first and successive spins. Although roulette boasts off an easy game play its down side however is that it has many houses compared with other games such as blackjack, baccarat and among others. Remember that the roulette game is an easy game but winning is tough here and you must come up with strategies to avoid absorbing losses and enhance you winning chances.

Here are some strategies that will increase your chances of winning in the roulette game.

Roulette systems are cinched to give you resounding setbacks and it is wise to shun away from utilizing while playing the roulette game. Negative progressions (systems that increase bets subsequent to losses) are ineffective in the as the game become lengthy same thing can be said about its contrast that is the, Positive progressions, (systems that increase bets subsequent to wins) are also proven to be ineffective. Any system that will enable you to wait for patterns, like combination of wins or losses prior to placing your bets is of no value. In plain words, any progressions will never stand a chance of winning over the roulette wheel.

When you play for fun and would never mind if you win or lose, it is acceptable not to use any strategy at all. But mind you, playing the roulette wheel will give you resounding losses especially during long sessions.

Refrain from utilizing the five-number bet. T five-number bet (comprising zero, double-zero, one, two, and three) is only on hand on American wheels. The house advantage is a huge 7.89% and almost 3% higher compared with other bet on the table. If you truly have visualization that one from these numbers will come in, then stick to this straight up or create a street or split stake. That will slash the house edge and will go again between two to six times more than a five-number bet.

Play the European wheel instead of the American wheel since it has no double zero. One house eliminated from the wheel reduces the odds and it favors your chances of winning. You may also employ the surrender strategy.

European Roulette

Posted by admin in Roulette on May 9th, 2010 | No Comments »

I don’t know about you, but I feel that there is an almost magical attraction to the roulette game – thrill and anticipation all revolving around one simple concept. At the press of a button, a piece of this rotating action can be yours.

Let’s access some spinning fun at the game of European Roulette. All the glamour of the popular roulette game has been rolled into an online attraction. In this article, I will outline how this simple game works.

Roulette is believed to have evolved from a game in France in the seventeenth century and certainly has experienced some changes along the way. Since its invention, roulette has become a popular form of entertainment and is now played around the globe. I am sure that its creator, mathematician, Blaise Pascal, would be rather surprised, although proud, to see the online versions of the roulette game available today via the Internet.

Simplicity is the name of this game in my mind. Based on chance – all you have to decide is upon which number to place your bet. Give it a try.

The main aspect worthy of note in European Roulette is that the online table and wheel contain a single zero. This game provides better odds than the American Roulette game which includes a double zero. In the European version, there are 36 red and black numbered compartments and one section hosting a zero.

How to Play

In European Roulette, bets are placed in the betting area of the roulette table next to the roulette wheel. The small ball is then released into the dial and the roulette wheel begins to spin. Once the roulette comes to a standstill, the ball settles in one of the numbered spaces and winnings, if any, are paid out accordingly. It is as simple as that!

Do Live Roulette Strategies

Posted by admin in Roulette on April 20th, 2010 | No Comments »

While live roulette is a game of chance and it is impossible to continually predict where the ball will land there are a few steps you can take to help put the odds of winning in your favor. In a game of chance using a roulette strategy is no guarantee you will win, but a well devised roulette strategy can decrease your losses, and then you will have a strategy that might give you an opportunity to become a winner.

Picking the right wheel is the first live roulette strategy you should consider, a European wheel only has a single green pocket numbered zero while the American wheel has two giving the casino an extra advantage and you a lesser one. For this reason it’s a good idea to always play on a European wheel.

In order for roulette strategies to work they need to apply a few key points, one is that you need to be able to repeat it. Money management also plays a part in a roulette strategy, because roulette has a higher “house advantage” than other games such as blackjack. Some players use what is known as a “negative-progression strategy” or “doubling strategy” they will double up their betting amound every time they dont win. This is a dangerous strategy to play as it can definitely increase your overall losses, and a single win might only get you back to where you started from. The most common roulette strategy is also the oldest known as the “Martingale system”, this involves both money management and doubling up.

Black Jack

Posted by admin in BLACKJACK on December 29th, 2009 | No Comments »

The black jack card game is so popular some even say that it’s the most popular game. It is played in almost every country all over the world in land based casinos as well as online. The blackjack websites have really grown in numbers the recent years, and now it has become even more popular to play it from the comfort of your home than from a traditional land based casino.

Why is blackjack so popular? The main reason that blackjack is so highly embraced and loved all over the world is that when played properly, it has a house edge of less than one percent, which is the lowest house advantage of any table game. So with these odds, why are casinos - offline as well as online – not losing money to the players? Well, the most obvious reason is probably that the game is not played properly or good enough by the majority of players. It’s really a pity that players can give up such huge advantage to the house by lump playing.

The reason why this game has such good odds is that, unlike other games such as craps and games of chance like roulette is that in blackjack the choices you make as the game progresses, will impact the house edge. You see

in roulette each spin is an independent event

in craps each roll of the dice is also an independent event

In Blackjack however, instead of being a game based on independent single events, each hand is dependent on the cards that have previously been dealt so that big cards left in the deck will favour the player while small cards will favour the dealer. This is the reason why card counting is so important for winning in blackjack. You simply have to memorize what cards are left in the deck.

To a large extent, blackjack results are based on your actions as a player and not solely on chance. Your chances to win in this game is much better than the chance based games. So the secret to winning at blackjack is to keep track of the cards.

Betting only on red or black:

There are 18 red spaces on a roulette table with 38 total spaces. Dividing 18 by 38 yields a probability of landing on red or black is 47.37%.

This probability can be used in a binomial distribution and made into an approximate standard normal distribution.roulette

If you spin the wheel 38 times, there is a 99% probability that the ball would land on red at least 10 times. There is an 83% probability that in 38 spins; the ball will land on red at least 15 times.

However, the break-even point is 19 spins, since the bet on red is 1:1, and the probability of 19 red spins in 38 is only 37%. This indicates the difficulty of winning by only betting on red or black.

The results occur because, as indicated by the 18 divided by 38 equals 47.37% figure, the ball will land on red or black less than half the time. t is very unlikely for anyone to spin much more than 18 red spins out of 38 spins.
